What a great night to step out to "Katch" some music at Venetian Shores in Lindenhurst. The No Request Band was the headliner this Thursday evening, and they played a mixed bag of The Allman Brothers, Linda Ronstadt, The Rolling Stones, and Chic, among other favorites from the 70's. The crowd of all ages, including 60 and beyond, danced like it was 1999. 

Katch at Venetian Shores is a family-owned and operated food and bar experience. This sweet spot on the Great South Bay is the perfect hang after a long day at work. Throughout the summer, you can come down here with your blanket or lawn chair and relax with a cool drink in your hand as you listen to some great vibes. Be sure to ask for Solif to mix up your favorite summer cocktail. 

Katch is one of many bay-beach summer places that have live music throughout the week with sets starting at 6:00pm. It's the perfect respite for adults and children who want to wind down as the sun goes down. With a carefree, friendly atmosphere, it's easy to make new friends here. Long Island has no shortage of amazing places to spend an evening on the sand. You would never know there's such strife in the world when you get caught at Katch.
